Interim Head of Treasury

About the role
We are looking for someone who is interested in joining an exciting project as an interim consultant in the role of Head of Treasury for a company in Stockholm. We are looking for an experienced professional who can support the company´s transformation and growth journey.

This is a 6-month consulting assignment, with us at The Place as your employer or Interim partner.
Start date: As soon as possible!

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee all activities within the Treasury function, both operationally and strategically.
• Ensure efficient and geographically diversified funding.
• Manage liquidity risks, including monitoring KPIs and conducting risk analysis.
• Guaranteeing accurate internal and external reporting while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
• Being the main point of contact and handling communications with banks and financial institutions.

Qualifications
• A university degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• + 5 years of experience in Treasury within the financial sector or a similar consulting role.
• Experience from retail funding in various regions and wholesale funding and/or securitizations.
• Strong background in regulated environments, especially in COREP and ICLAAP.
• Previous experience in a leadership role is advantageous.
