Talent Acquisition Recruiter sökes till globalt företag

Our customer is a large international company with offices in several locations in Sweden. One of them is located in Finspång and for that office we are now looaking for a  driven Talent Acqusition Partner/Recruiter. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting September 25 and will last until March 31 2024 with good chances of extension.

About the position:
We are looking for a consultant who can join our TA Team! You will work with having the end to end responsibility for the recruiting framework. The roles you will recruit for can vary but it will be roles mainly within Engineering. You will be an active member of the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and best practice to support assigned business area. Maintain a deep understanding of the current labour market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence. You will also apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talents through appropriate channels including our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition professional with recruiting experience gained from an inhouse, agency or RPO environment.
• Experience from recruiting for positions within the field of engineering.    
• We are looking for a junior candidate with some experience from recuriting (1-5 years).
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Experienced in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and channels such as LinkedIn, etc.

About the team/group/department:
Working directly for the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) – Europe you will work alongside a global team of TA Partners and TA Sourcing Partners.

This is a full-time consulting assignment 40h/w with working hours 8-17 on weekdays. You will be employed as a consultant through us at The Place. The assignment will go on until further notice, but at least for 1 year.
The worker must be onsite 24 hours.
