The Place AB collects the following data:
Candidate: The personal information stated in the application / registration of the resume is stored in The Place’s candidate database and is used for career or recruitment purposes.
Consultant: When you work as a consultant with us, we store your personal information related to your employment with us and to fulfill legal obligations.
Customer: Data is stored in our CRM to maintain a relationship with active customers.
Potential customer: Establishing and maintaining business relationships with customers in order to develop our services, products and systems is an important part of The Place AB’s core business. In order to approach you as a potential contact regarding our services and products as well as for marketing activities, we collect some of your official personal data through internal networks or from third parties, such as public records and social media. Information is stored in the The Place AB CRM-system with the aim to establish a business relationship and invitation to market activities.
If you decline further contact; your personal data will be labelled in such a way that the contact will not be renewed. The subsidiary will also stop sending you marketing messages.
We will also collect your personal data when you visit our website by approving cookies. As a website visitor, you are not obligated to give us access to your personal data and can avoid this by not accepting our use of cookies on your device. We only share data for which it was initially collected, and always in a secure manner.
Candidate: By submitting your information, you agree that we may present you to customers where your service/employment may become relevant, and we will inform you of this.
Tests and other profiling services may be part of the services provided by The Place AB. Should this be part of the process on hand you will be informed about this and have the possibility to decline. If accepted your data may be used in presentation to the potential customer/employer. Data for such services are stored on external platforms provided by The Place AB´s partners. Information is not available for any other use than The Place AB´s work and is stored for maximum one year.
Consultant: We share your personal information with the customer company you work for on behalf of The Place AB.
Customer: We share your data with consultants who will work with you on behalf of us, and we sometimes share some information relevant to the candidates applying for a job at your company.
To provide relevant and valuable services, including personalized marketing and tailored advertisements, The Place AB may share your personal data with selected third-party service providers and partners. These partners help us deliver customized content, improve your experience, and support our marketing efforts. We ensure that all third parties adhere to applicable data protection regulations and only use your data for the purposes stated. Rest assured, we only share the minimum amount of information necessary and always with your privacy and data security in mind. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in promoting our products and services.
Candidate: We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our commitment, ie provide a service. We delete your information in our recruitment platform two years after you as a candidate were last active.
Consultant: To fulfill the requirements imposed on us by the current Accounting and Tax Legislation Act we save data for 7 years + the current year. Contracts with employees are deleted 10 years after employment has ended. Your digital profile is deleted two years after the termination of employment. If you have agreed to your personal data being allowed to remain for a longer period of time, we will keep your personal data until you wish the data to be deleted.
Costumer: We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our commitment, ie provide a service. We delete your information in our customer register three years after our cooperation has ended.
Potential Costumer: The Place will process your personal data until it is no longer needed or until you request that the data is deleted from our systems. The personal data will upon your request be deleted without undue delay.
You have the right to receive a register extract of which personal data about you is processed by The Place. In this case, you must request this in writing to The Place (for contact details see below).
If you believe that information about you is incorrect or misleading or wish to be deleted, you can contact The Place and request a change or deletion in writing to GDPR@theplace.se.
You always have the right to withdraw your consent.
If The Place receives a request for access, we may ask for additional information to ensure the efficient handling of your request and that the information is disclosed to the right person.
